A ministry of fellowship to exceptional young adults in our community. A meal is provided every second Wednesday of the month at 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Everyone is welcome.
Optional to bring food to share, and no R.S.V.P. is required. Also, watch for special outings.
We offer free lunches to any children in Columbia during the summer. 2020 is our seventh year! Lunches are distributed at Metter Park in Columbia.
Children’s Church –
Children’s Church for Kindergarten through 5th Grade children will also meet during the worship service, except for the first Sunday of the month. Children begin in the Sanctuary for the first part of Worship, then move to the Children’s Church Area, located in the Education Wing.
This ministry is a pregnancy resource center committed to providing free and confidential, non-judgmental help to men and women. We support them by participating in their baby bottle campaign (filling baby bottles with change, cash or checks). We also sponsor several tables at the annual fund raising banquet.
New Beginnings! – Sunday Mornings
All 2-4 year-old children are invited to join Bethany’s new Pre-K class. The children will meet in the fellowship hall beginning at 9:50 a.m. to enjoy a free playtime. After play, the children will move to the Pre-K classroom in the Education Wing for snacks, music, Bible time, and crafts during the worship service. Pre-K class ends after the worship service ends (shortly after 11 a.m.).
Parents of infants and toddlers (non-walkers) are invited to accompany their children to the Nursery, located right outside the Sanctuary during worship time.
Women's Bible Study
The Women's Bible Study is currently taking a summer break. Check back in the fall. This is a good way to connect with other ladies in the church and with God.
